UTAMA facilitates a network of like minded people and businesses who adhere to a high ethical standard and hold the common value of actively improving the world through local, national, or global action. UTAMA is able to assist students, instructors, and business directly in a variety of ways. UTAMA utilizes the common resources of members (through dues, donations, knowledge, volunteering, etc) and resources gained through obtaining grants to fund and staff projects throughout the world such as building schools, distributing supplies, providing disaster relief, and sponsoring projects that help communities in need.

UTAMA's Main Headquarters in located in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA. It is from this location that applications are processed, staff is available to answer questions, and decisions regarding events and projects are made.
UTAMA is currently building an Outreach and Training Center located in Jogjakarta, Indonesia. This location will serve as a training and seminar center and as a base of operations for outreach projects in the Asian region.
UTAMA's presence is global. We have schools throughout the USA, Indonesia, Russia, and Serbia. As UTAMA grows, we continue to expand our global presence. Projects are not limited to the USA or Indonesia. UTAMA will consider and evaluate outreach projects in every nation of the world. Areas that have an existing UTAMA school will be given priority, but any nation may be a recipient of UTAMA resources as determined by the Board of Directors.

A few examples could include; Natural healers and healthcare practitioners, Survivalists and Naturalists, Animal care and rescue groups, Artists and performance artists or groups, Service providers, Retailers/Wholesalers, Educators, Disaster Relief organizations, or any conceivable group or individual.
