UTAMA (United Teachers Association for Martial Arts) is an organization of professional martial artists. One of our goals is to highlight the skills and diversity of the martial arts of today as a unified and coordinated collective. We strive to improve public awareness and image of the martial arts as a whole and give it the credibility and exposure that it truly deserves. We help school owners to develop sound business practices and strategies. This provides a better overall experience for the students, instructors, and school owners. Martial arts schools of any style are welcome to apply for membership. Your specific style or discipline will be better represented with your involvement. Through building long lasting friendships, school and business networking, and public awareness together we all can grow.
